Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery Programs

DSC is committed to providing an option for treatment and recovery of people with substance abuse problems. We have partnered with The Springboard Center who offer a professionally monitored detoxification process in a secure and comfortable environment.

Programs we provide are:

Medical Detoxification & Inpatient Residential Program

Upon admission to the detoxification unit, our Medical Director will complete a medical consultation recommending the next level of care. After the consultation, your treatment plan is designed by a licensed clinical staff to suit your individual needs.

The length of time required for successful detoxification is determined by the substance involved and the severity of the addiction.

The Inpatient Residential Program is designed to be completed in a 30-day period. The Springboard Center treatment programs and services are based on proven 12-step principles and best practice for addiction treatment. We understand that each client comes to Springboard with a unique set of problems and circumstances, so each care plan is customized to the individual.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Springboard's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an effective and proven treatment program for our continuum of care after residential treatment. IOP is a highly structured eight-week program, providing a safe and secure environment to discuss issues, develop life skills and receive support while coping with work, school and life stressors. Individuals will receive ten hours a week of individual, group, gender, and family counseling.

All group counseling sessions are led by licensed professionals and are designed to be interactive and pivotal parts of the process.

Family Program

The Family Program is designed to help family members better understand the disease of addiction, as well as provide an opportunity to actively participate in the treatment and recovery process itself. Research tells us that those individuals who involve family members in their treatment experience have higher rates of recovery than those who do not.

The Springboard Center's Family Program is a one-and-a-half-day intensive program held twice a month and made available for family members who have a loved one in treatment.

Sober Living

Located in Midland, TX the Springboard Sober Living homes provide an alcohol and drug free living environment for individuals that have successfully completed an inpatient treatment program. Housing options are available for men and women 18 years of age and older.
