A blue pill with the number M30 is not only taken by mouth they are now smoking the pill to get a better effect. It carries 2 milligrams of fentanyl which can be a lethal dose. Administration reported that 26% of the counterfeit pain pills sold on the streets illegally contain that dosage or higher, people aren’t even aware of what they are taking.
